Payment and Scheduling

Schedule Your Surgery Date

With your surgical plan in place, the final step before the procedure is Payment & Scheduling. At Surgery Comfort, we strive to make this process straightforward and transparent, so you can focus on your upcoming transformation without worry. This is where we handle the business side of things in a way that’s convenient for you.

Important points to clarify:

Review the Cost: We’ll provide you with a detailed quote breaking down the cost of your procedure. We go over it item by item with you, so you understand exactly what is included – surgical fees, anesthesia, facility/hospital charges, any post-op garments or medications, etc. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises, so feel free to ask about any line item.

Discuss Payment Options: We offer various payment methods to accommodate our patients. You can pay via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (if local) – whatever is easiest for you. If you need financial assistance, let us know. We can discuss financing plans or payment schedules to spread out the cost. Many patients take advantage of payment plans; our coordinators will help find a solution that fits your budget. For international patients, we can arrange payment in your home currency or via secure online payment portals if that’s more convenient.

Schedule Your Surgery Date: Next, we’ll work with you to find the perfect date for your surgery. We’ll consider your personal schedule and, if you’re traveling, your flight and accommodation plans. We want to ensure you have a suitable date that gives you ample time for travel and initial recovery. Once we pick a date, we pencil you into our surgical calendar. If you’re local, we typically schedule as soon as you’re ready. If you’re coming from abroad, you might choose a date a few weeks out to arrange travel – we’re flexible and here to accommodate.

Confirm Logistics: After setting the date, we’ll confirm all the logistical details. This includes your check-in time on surgery day, pre-surgery fasting instructions (like when to stop eating/drinking the night before), and anything specific you need to bring on surgery day (e.g., ID, test results, etc.). We’ll also go over any required deposit to secure the date (if applicable). Rest assured, any deposit goes toward your total procedure cost. We’ll also confirm your post-op arrangements (for example, who will drive you home or if you’ll have nursing care). Everything will be clearly laid out.
